This pattern is available here, or you can request it from my blog, just scroll down to the widget with the PayPal button. I started designing this with the idea of something with leaves, because the color was so autumnal. I can also see redesigning this into a cardigan pattern, I think it’s interesting enough and uses beads sparingly enough.
This shawl is knit in two halves and then grafted together in the middle so the lace patterns meet and so the overall piece is more symmetrical. You can always knit the whole thing from end to end and skip the join in the middle, you choose.
You could also make it slightly wider by adding on more right– and left-leaning vine to each side (I’d add one more skein of yarn and one extra tube of main color beads). You can also just knit the shawl and skip the beads.
