It all started when I bought a skein of Lorna’s Laces Shepherd Sock in “Robot Overlord” for my husbeast. They were great colours for a guy…they just were very “busy” when I tried to knit them into any of my usual patterns for him. I realized quickly enough that I’d have to come up with a pattern of my own.

One of my favourite (relatively) modern B-movies is 1990’s “Tremors”. The husbeast doesn’t understand how I can happily watch it over & over. What’s not to like? A bunch of underground monsters terrorize a small isolated desert community, forcing the locals to make a creative escape. That’s entertainment!

So here I present to you my very own Graboids. Designed (originally) for the husbeast, but great for anyone who loves wildly coloured sock yarns!
