Pogonip is the chunky, extra soft hat that you need to have every time winter shows up at your door.
It features an interesting stitch detail and big pompom.
Wear it as a slouchy fashion accessory or pull it over your ears to stay warm and snugly.

Sizes:
S(M, L)
to fit head circumference:
19-20(21-23, 23-24”) / 48-51(53-58, 58-61)cm
Note: Because Rasta is not a bouncy yarn as other merino yarns, I recommend to choose larger size if you are between sizes.

Finished Measurements:
circumference: 19(21, 23)“ / 48(53, 58)cm

Yarn:
1(1, 2) skeins of superbulky yarn as Malabrigo Rasta

Note: the large adult hat can be made with just one skein of yarn if the pompom is omitted, or filled in with other leftover yarns.
Samples shown in Natural, Teal Feather and Baya Electrica.

Gauge:
9.5 sts and 23 rnds to 4” in woven stitch pattern on bigger needles lightly steamblocked.
Additional gauge: 9 sts and 13 rnds in Stockinette St.
