I’ve just finished my Masters in Classical flute in Montreal, Canada and I now live, play, and knit in Toronto.
Knitting and crocheting have been a part of my life since I was a little girl. I began designing my own clothing, bags, and accessories in my teens, and since then my output has grown from a few gifts for friends and family at Christmas to hundreds of hand-knit and crocheted items per year.
The older I get, the more I realize that our ailing environment is a serious issue that needs to be addressed, in both big and small ways. I do my part by using my own handspun or organic yarns, recycled materials, and used plastic bags to make my designs come to life.
