I was born in Germany to Spanish parents. I have spent my life so far between Spain and Germany and am currently enjoying living in Southern California, San Diego. I’ve been living here for 6 years and love it!

I learned crochet, knitting and embroidering when I was a child from my mother. Her favorite craft is stitching and embroidery. I love those too, but I recently picked up crochet again and I’ve discovered my love for it. Originally, I learned to make doilies and filet crochet. I was taught using classic crochet patterns, made with ultrathin mercerized cotton thread. :) After a while, it bored me to death. I’m a color fanatic and that’s why I preferred embroidery because you could use so many colors. And then…. I discovered that you can actually do fun stuff with crochet!!!! Colorful! Vibrant! :) And I LOVED IT!!! Now, I am an addict!!! Can’t stop buying yarn and adding projects to my queue! :) I’m even enjoying creating patterns of my own! :)
