In late Fall of 2012, Short Story was published; it’s a collection of crop tops, boleros & wraps - the focus is on the shoulders and the upper body. It was great fun to put together. I was again able to call upon some of my favorite yarn purveyors to help out; Trisha Anderson of Tanglewood Fibers, Eugene @ Catskill Yarns in my own state New York, Pam Allen’s Quince Fibers, Nadine Curtis of Be Sweet - and lots more. Do have a look!
Cowlgirls: The Neck’s Best Thing to Knit (2010) - a collection of 40 neckwear designs and an exploration of tubal and circular shapes - is still out there and going strong as are Hattitudes and Hip Knit Hats. Books have been taking up the bulk of my time, but occassionally, I still get a chance to work for the magazines especially Vogue Knitting and for the fabulous Interweave newbie magazine, KnitWear.
I just finished a book on footwear slated to be out early 2014 (Sixth & Spring); I can knit socks in my sleep now. So, I am taking a little breather before I start the next project - reading blogs, researching yarns, just getting caught up with the knitting world.
