Once upon a time my family went to the animal shelter to rescue one or two lonesome cats. We came home with four! little cuties. One of them (mine), called Prinzessin because of her beauty, a black and white maine coon mix, looked deep in my eyes - and in my heart. But after a year one day she went out of door and preferred to live with our neighbors.

Now she’s only sort of my cat when our neighbors are on vacation. This is the time when she pops up at window every morning and evening to eat some food and maybe rest a little while. So only one half of Prinzessin is mine – I own a half princess, in German it is Halbe Prinzessin.
