My name is Jo and I moved to Washington five years ago from my home state of California. I have a bachelor’s degree in Human Communications from CSU Monterey Bay and I am a credentialed teacher in both California and Washington. I have ten years experience in the classroom and fifteen years experience as a fiber artist.

I began my journey knitting from retail patterns, and in the last three years began drafting my own work. My work is often inspired by historical fiber arts, silhouettes, and techniques from around the globe.
