Katie Ferry has recently begun designing and writing knitting patterns from her home studio in Chicago, IL. She finds inspiration in the people in her life and the amazing architecture that surrounds her every day.

Katie lives with her brilliant, supportive boyfriend, Richard, and their two dogs, Alex and April, in Chicago. When she is not knitting, Katie enjoys cooking, experimenting with new crafts, hosting dinner parties, dark chocolate, and tasting new wines.
