Free crochet patterns for cardigans and tops.

Together we are creating each animal C2C Square of the Wildlife Graphghan, then joining the pieces together! Each week there will be a new animal square posted on My Hobby is Crochet Blog! There will be 20 blocks all together.
Depending on the blanket size you need, you can pick the C2C animal squares of your choice (each of them measuring 16 inches X 16 inches (40 cm x 40 cm), mix and match them to make a baby blanket (you’ll need 9 squares)or a larger blanket. You can also use each of these animal squares to make the front panel of a C2C Pillow Case.
