I hardly fancy myself a “designer,” but I’m happy to put up a couple of patterns that I’ve come up with when I couldn’t find anything matching what I wanted!

I’m mostly ambidextrous, but when it comes to crochet/knitting, I’m solidly in the left-handed camp. This explains why I’m a mediocre knitter at best - I’m self-taught, and there weren’t a great number of left-handed instructions (with pictures, anyway) when I was learning. Really, I’m a crocheter who occasionally picks up some knitting needles.

In the real world, I teach command-line searching for scientific and patent literature. And you thought DOS was dead. I have a bunch of cats, and I’m a lifelong Girl Scout. (=
