I live in Alberta, Canada, having immigrated from Austria (born in Schärding am Inn, later lived in Vienna) when I was a child. My “Oma” and my “Mutti” were big knitting influences for me. I am a retired teacher. My husband and I operate a greenhouse and tree nursery in order to keep fit. I love sewing and embroidery, but my passion is knitting.
New Development: I am working on the Master Hand Knitter program. Started level one in April 2012, Finished Nov. 27 2012
Started Level 2 immediately. I have now completed Level 2 and am waiting for its evaluation. Have passed Level 2 and immediately jumped into Level 3.
