I learned to crochet from my grandma when I was five, but for some strange reason I could never understand the whole ‘two needles at the same time’ idea when she tried to teach me how to knit. Wishing for one-of-a-kind baby sweaters after my first son was born led me to give the sticks and string one more chance. I picked up a knitting book, and the rest, as the saying goes, is history.
