I started designing and making clothes and accessories at the age of 14, and later screen-printing textiles and selling hand made goods. It wasn’t until 2007 that I started knitting and blogging about knitwear, and I have been hooked ever since. I developed a dangerous addiction to spinning and dyeing, and this year launched my own ethical yarn label.

I think everyone should be empowered to make their own fashion and give handmade gifts. I try to help knitters and stitchers on their journey to mastering the craft, with easy-to-follow patterns, beautiful ethical yarns and most importantly, inspiration.
