in 2009, when I opened up a shop on etsy to sell my custom knit golf club covers, I never dreamed that I would be making and designing knits for people all over the world!
My very first design, the puppet golf club cover, has been modified to resemble all sorts of popular characters. Versions have been featured in articles on CNBC.com and the Asbury Park Press. These hand-knit covers can be found on clubs from Canada to Korea.
I give credit to my two beautiful children for the success of my football helmet. Their adorable faces, and the close resemblance of the hat to professional gear, has made it a hit with men and boys alike. One was even purchased by Matt Birk of the Baltimore Ravens for his son to wear while cheering him on.
If you want to sell patterns, people need to know how to knit, so I have recorded a series of tutorial videos available on Youtube. They have over 100,000 views!
I look forward to designing and knitting for many years to come.
