The new year is right around the corner and with it comes Yarnover 2018. We are really looking forward to a fabulous weekend of learning, shopping, and socializing.

Friday, April 27th is the Meet the Teachers Dinner featuring Bristol Ivy speaking on Finding Inspiration and Turning It Into Reality. We’ll also have our Yarnover Shawl contest where you can show off your knitting skills.

Saturday, April 28th is a day full of workshops with sixteen teachers and a free marketplace with over forty vendors. The fun continues that evening with yarn bingo.

Sunday, April 29th is the MKG April meeting featuring Sally Melville who will be speaking on Why We Knit and What It Does For Us. This meeting is free and open to the public.

Yarnover is once again at the Marriott Minneapolis Northeast in Brooklyn Park. Early bird registration starts Saturday, January 6, 2018 for those who have joined the Minnesota Knitters’ Guild or renewed for 2018 by December 31, 2017. General registration opens on January 13, 2018.
