Pattern description from Knit.1, Spring/Summer 2008: “Six tones shrink down to mere ounces in this jolly take on the largest of the land animals. Once free-roaming throughout Africa and Asia, elephants are not threatened by shrinking environs and ivory poachers. The disappearance of these extraordinary creatures will vastly affect the biodiversity of their habitats, as elephants clear paths and dig wells that their wildlife neighbors frequent, too.”
