100% acrylic yarn in a separate colour for each item (black for pullover and green for skirt).

Doll outfit
A V-neck sweater with bell sleeves and straight skirt for fashion dolls.

Sweater is worked in one piece from bottom up to the armholes, then back stitches are bound off (or placed on holder), new stitches are cast on for sleeves, and the two sides are worked separately to form upper front, upper back and sleeves. Then the two side parts are joined to the back and center back is sewn.

Skirt is worked flat, bottom up, and sewn, but it’s easy to adapt the pattern to knitting in the round and/or top down.

In the original photo on the website it looks like the sweater is worked in wooly yarn and the skirt in mercerized cotton.
