Pattern description from Vogue Knitting, Spring/Summer 2007: “This ropy V-neck cardigan is buoyed by knotted cables inventively stitched in Berroco’s ‘Love It.’ Smaller cables flank the main segments. Close the garment by adding a button to the garter-stitch bands.”

“Loose-fitting, textured patterned cardigan with deep V-neck, raglan armholes and twisted knot cables up the fronts. Sized for Small, Medium, Large, X-Large and shown in size Small on page 62.”

Materials:

  • 13 (14, 16, 17) 1¾oz/50g skeins (each approx 120yd/110m) of Berroco, Inc. Love It (cotton/acrylic/polyester) in #3236 bluefish
  • One pair each sizes 6 and 8 (4 and 5mm) needles or size to obtain gauge
  • Cable needle
  • 5 stitch holders
  • 2 stitch markers

  1. “Work side seam sts in reverse St st for selvage sts.”
