This dress is worked flat and seamed in the center back (seaming instruction not included in the pattern), but you can easily adapt it for knitting in the round.

No specific yarn or gauge is given in the pattern.
Usually Sticka till Barbie patterns call for 4 ply mercerized cotton yarn or other fingering yarn, and gauge for stockinette stitch is given in the yarn page of the site.
