Pattern Description A popular cardigan and pullover with a striking pattern, the origins of this design lie in western Norway’s Voss Region. A small border is also worked above the ankles of the pants and is repeated on the cap. This design was inspired by “svartsom” a special embroidery technique used as part of the traditional Voss costume.
