Pattern description from Knit.1, Winter 2007/2008: “A sure touch and, if you choose, a craft-foam insert and fabric lining shape a pretty clutch made in variegated ‘Deluxe Suede’ from The Great Adirondack Yarn Company. Linda Cyr worked the pouch in a simple diamond pattern and the flap, closed by a vintage button, with short-rowed garter stitching.”

• 2 hanks in Pink Orchid of Deluxe Suede by The Great Adirondack yarn Company, 1¾oz/50g hanks, each approx 100yd/91m (nylon/rayon/poly)
• One pair size 7 (4.5mm) knitting needles or size to obtain gauge
• One size H/8 (5mm) crochet hook
• One 12” x 18”/30.5 x 46 cm sheet craft foam, ½yd/.5m lining fabric, sewing needle, thread and one 1”/2.5cm diameter shank button
