Materials required:
Single bedcover
size 19 (1.00 mm/US 5/0) knitting needles, 55 yards/50 metres 1-ply wool for border, oddments in different colours 1-ply wool for patchwork – each patch requires approx 1 yard/1 metre of yarn.
Toy Rabbit (c. 1930’s-1940’s): size 19 (1.00 mm/US 5/0) knitting needles, 13 yards/12 metres grey 1-ply wool, small amounts of white and pink wool, small amount of black wool for eyes, nose and mouth, small amount of stuffing material.

Please note: Cellular blanket in this pattern is crocheted
Cellular blanket: 1.50 mm crochet hook, 82 yards/75 metres 1-ply wool, ½-inch/1.5 cm wide ribbon to bind top and bottom edges.

Gauge: Each square measures approx ½-inch/1.25 cm square.

Finished sizes:
Bedspread: 6 x 7½-inches/ 15 x 19 cm approx
Blanket: 5½-inches x 6½-inches/ 13.75 x 16.25 cm approx
Rabbit: 1½-inches/4 cm tall
