Ability Level: Experienced

Materials required:
Striped cot cover -
size 16 (1.5 mm/US size 000) knitting needles, 28 yards/25 metres 1-ply wool in Main colour (A), 14 yards/12.5 metres each of two contrasting colours 1-ply wool (B and C). Small piece of thick white felt or thin polyester wadding for filling. Narrow lace for frill (optional).
Note: The cot blankets can be made into a shawl by working less rows so that when the knitting is slightly stretched it will form a square.

Pink blanket - size 18 (1.25 mm/US size 0000) knitting needles, 84 yards/75 metres 1-ply wool.
White shawl - size 20 needles (0.90 mm), 1 x 5g ball No 80 crochet cotton or tatting thread No 70. (Note: this design can also be worked in 1-ply wool-approximately 84 yards/75 metres 1-ply wool is required, but the design will not be as open)

Finished sizes (approximate):
Cot cover:
Length - 3½-inches/8 cm, Width – 2½-inches/6 cm
White shawl: 4-inches/10 cm square
Blue or pink blanket: 5-inches/12.5 cm long by 4-inches/10 cm wide

Gauge: Gauge is not important as dolls house cots vary in size
