Snake draught excluder - size 19 (1.00 mm/US size 5/0) knitting needles, 28 yards/25 metres 1-ply wool in brown, 14 yards/12.5 metres 1-ply wool in yellow, small amounts of two other colours for tongue and embroidered eyes, small amount of stuffing material.
Dachshund draught excluder - size 19 (1.00 mm/US size 5/0) knitting needles, 28 yards/25 metres 1-ply wool in brown, 14 yards/12.5 metres 1-ply wool in beige, small amount of black for eyes, mouth and nose, small amount of stuffing material.

Finished size:
Either draught excluder: Approx 2¾-inches/7 cm long, ½-inch/1.25 cm tall

Gauge: Gauge is not important for this project, as doors can be vary in size.
