Ability Level: Very Experienced (one jumper includes some crochet see note below)

Long sleeve jumper has sleeves that puff out from the elbow with the top of the sleeve making three points. The neck is asymmetrical. The short sleeve jumper is knitted in one piece with crochet trimming at sleeve edges and neckline.


NOTE: Includes some crochet on neck and sleeves of frilly jumper, although this may be replaced by a lace trim, which may be sewn on afterwards if preferred.


Materials required
Long sleeved jumper-
size 19 (1.00 mm/US size 00000) knitting needles, 50 metres/56 yards 1-ply yarn, 2 small buttons or beads, stitch holders or safety pins.
Frilly jumper - size 19 (1.00 mm/US size 00000) knitting needles, 37.5 metres/42-yards 1-ply yarn, 1.50mm or 1.25mm crochet hook, stitch holders or safety pins, spare needle.

Approximate finished sizes
Both jumpers -
neck to hem 4 cm/1½-inches, waist 2.5 cm/1-inch, but will stretch. Frilly jumper - sleeves 1 cm/¼-inch. Long sleeved jumper - sleeves cuff to top of puff 5 cm/2-inches

Gauge – Gauge is not important as dolls house dolls (like humans) vary greatly in size and proportions.
