Interesting summer top with the two yarns held double for a marled effect in the center panel and used singly in the batwing sleeves and ribbings.

Gauge for regular stockinette worked with single strand: 22 stitches and 30 rows in four inches using size 6 needles or as required to get gauge.

Pattern recommends carrying Bernat Magic Yarn--an elastic thread--along when knitting ribbing so that it will maintain its shape over time.
