1:24th scale Christmas Wreath

Buttercup Miniatures
Crochet
November 2008
Thread
0.6 mm
1:24th

For moderate to experienced crochet workers.
This is NOT suitable for a first project in miniature crochet, due to the very tiny hook and fine thread used
Materials required:
Wreath:
0.60 mm hook, silk ribbon, No. 80 crochet cotton or tatting thread No. 70
Roses: 0.40 mm hook, No. 100 crochet cotton, tiny amount yellow thread for centres.

Finished size:
Wreath:
approx 1-inch/2.5 cm diameter
Roses: approx ⅛-inch/0.25 cm diameter

Gauge: is not important in this project, as wreaths vary in size and the wreath can be made larger or smaller as required

Note: This is constructed in a different way from the 1/12th scale Christmas Wreath, but uses a very similar style of working the actual wreath
