Easy Brioche Ribbing makes a simple and very gently flared hemline peplum, a V-shaped neckline means you can wear this with a collared shirt or a relaxed T-shirt. Make in variegated colored yarn as shown or in a solid one color yarn.

Bulk of body comprises of a 1x1 ribbing for comfort giving plenty of negative ease. This also gives the yarn and garment loads of extra body. The front neckband is taken around to complete the back neck giving the cardigan a neat back neck finish at the same time also keeping the neck from ever stretching out of shape.

A one button front closure allows the Peplums to swing attractively. For a funkier and younger look use one (or several) small butterfly hair clips to catch the two fronts together thus eliminating the need for a buttonhole. Alternatively make a tie belt to close.

A full length set in sleeve has flared Peplum cuffs and looks equally attractive with a ¾ length sleeve for summer / spring weather. Wear over a Tee or tank top picking up one of the colours in the yarn.
