So you have some leftover partials or scraps of sock yarn and you don’t really feel like measuring/weighing them, but you want them out of your stash. This is a scrapbusting project that allows you to use up all those little bits of yarn that are just hanging around.

You will need ~100 grams of sock yarn/fingering/light sport weight. For the brim you need at least 25grams of a single colour and if you want a solid top you will need ~25 grams of a single colour.

Bonus notes:

  • Weave in ends as you go.
  • If you don’t want to figure out how much of each scrap you need, for the brim, knit till you have ~4 yards left and start pattern, end pattern same way
