Yarn requirement:
(Beanie:
5 - 12 yrs: 110 yards;
12 - 16 yrs: 120 yards;
Adult:210 yards )

(Flap Hat:
5-12 yrs: 160 yards;
12 - 16 yrs: 180 yards;
Adult: 290 yards)

(If making contrasting color band:
5 - 12 yrs: 20 yds red, 10 yds white;
12-16 yrs: 22 yds red, 11 yds white;
Adult: 30 yds red, 15 yds white)

Works up in approx. 1.5 hours
.
You will need a 9 mm crochet hook, and
worsted weight yarn, worked 2 strands.
(Or chunky yarn)
