Pattern description from Vogue Knitting, Holiday 2007:
“She shares a name with poet and novelist Thomas Hardy’s childhood sweetheart, and just as Hardy painted a picture of the English countryside with words, Louuisa Harding does so with yarn - in this case ‘Grace Wool-Silk’ by Louisa Harding/KFI. Her take on the Fair Isle V0neck vest is boldly accented by a vertical lace strip stitched intarsia-style right into the scheme, imbuing a slim-fitting, princely silhouette with a decidedly feminine touch.”

“Standard-fitting fairisle vest with lace insert. Sized for Small, Medium and Large and shown in size Small on page 85.”
