Passap knitting machine instructions for a sideways knitted skirt made up of sections of short rows. An elasticated waistband is sewn on and a zip inserted at the back.

The pattern calls for 450 (485,520)g “fairly fine mohair/
synthetics” (600m per 100g) : 135 (145, 155)g each of navy,
blue, and turquoise, 45 (50, 55)g silver lurex, 1 length of waist elastic, and 1 zip measuring 20 cm.

Test square in stocking stitch: 100 sts = 41 cm, 100 rows = 25.5 cm
