“Tawashi” are various types of scrubbers which could be used to clean dishes, windows, and other household items.

Pattern is Japanese but fully charted using standard crochet symbols.

Tools/Materials

• Yarn A: 10g of Kawaii Nakama Petit in color 2 (White)
• Yarn B: 15g of Bonny; 26 color 491 (Mustard), 27 color 480 (Mocha), 28 color 482 (Golden Brown)
• Hook A: Japanese size 7/0 (4.0mm), same as US G-6, to use with Kawaii Nakama Petit
• Hook B: Japanese size 7.5/0 (4.5mm), between US G-6 (4.0mm) and US H-8 (5.0mm), to use with Bonny

Additional Info

• The two pieces are joined using crab stitch.
• Leave an opening on one side of the hanger as per the pattern.
