MATERIALS AND TOOLS

✓ Main yarn – I used approximately 20 g of white mohair yarn that has approximately 600 m in a 100 g skein for the main parts and small amounts of cotton yarn that has approximately 800 m in a 100 g skein: pink for the muzzle and the udder and brown for the hooves (if you prefer them crocheted). All yarn should crochet to approximately the same gauge. Your choice of yarn for the tail tip, I used a thin beige. Your choice of yarn for the horns.
You can use any moderately fluffy yarn (wool, acrylic, etc) for the main parts and plain yarn for the muzzle and the udder. The thicker the yarn, the bigger your toy will be. If you want to make a smaller cow, use yarn that has approximately 800 m in a 50 g skein

Tip: If you need exactly the same yarn ask in this shop https://www.etsy.com/shop/LittleOwlsHutRUSSIAN

✓ Matching crochet hook. I used 1.5 mm crochet hook for the bigger cow and 1.25 mm crochet hook for the smaller cow.
✓ Two ready-made eyes – I used 2-3 mm across. Or you can use black beads (1-2 mm in this case) and white polymer clay instead.
✓ Brown polymer clay and the varnish if you prefer hooves and horns made of clay. You will then not need the yarn mentioned above in this case.
✓ Single core copper PVC electrical wire – I used wire approximately 150 cm / 59 inches long 0.8 mm in diameter.
✓ Transparent glue
✓ Adhesive fabric tape approximately 1 cm wide to wrap the wire ends.
✓ Stuffing
✓ Any material to tint the toy - I used black felt-tip fabric marker
