The design is based on the traditional Shetland hap shawl, but it’s only a 3/4 of a square – hence the name, 3/4 hap shawl.

Knitted with two skeins of sock yarn, it’s a great pattern for many different color variations.

Finished size for this shawl is 90 cm/35.5” long at all 3 sides and 120 cm/51” wide. The gauge isn’t crucial on this project, but differences will affect the finished size.
