Pattern description from Knit Simple Magazine, Holiday 2006: “This hubba-hubba combo starts with a side-shaped tank with a slimming cable up the center and a ruffly band at the hemline. The fringed openwork wrap, easy as 1-2-3, is a lace pattern consisting of double yarn overs that are dropped on the next row for extra long impact.”

Knit Tip: “Because you knit the top’s ruffle on larger needles than you use for the body, that garment flares just so at the waist instead of pulling in, creating terrific flow and fit.”

Notions: Cable needle, stitch markers

Note from Knit Simple Magazine, Holiday 2006: “Tank is made in one piece in the rnd.”
