Pattern Description from Vogue Knitting, Fall 2007: “It’s a cinch to see the appeal of Gayle Bunn’s raglan-shaped A-line pullover, shown in merino/silk ‘Venezia’ from Cascade Yarns. Twists at the yoke descend into a diamond-cable pattern, all set against reverse-stockinette stitching that extends up to the funnel neck.”

“Standard-fitting flare shaped tunic with circular raglan yoke and stand-up reverse stockinette collar.”

  • Small (Medium, Large, X-Large)
  • Lower edge 42 (46, 48, 51)”/106.5 (116.5, 122, 129.5)cm
  • Bust 36 (39, 42, 45)”/91.5 (99, 106.5, 114)cm
  • Length 25 (25, 25¾, 26¼)”/63.5 (63.5, 65.5, 66.5)cm
  • Upper arm 16¼ (16¾, 18, 18)”/41 (41, 45.5, 45.5)cm

Materials:

  • 11 (12, 13, 14) 3½oz/100g balls (each approx 102yd/93m) of Cascade Yarns Venezia (wool/silk) in #127 green
  • One pair size 9 (5.5mm) needles or size to obtain gauge
  • One each size 9 (5.5mm) circular needles, 16” and 32”/40cm and 80cm long
  • Cable needle, st holders, st markers

Additional Gauge: One 19-st cable panel = 4¼”/10.5cm wide
