Pattern description from Knit Simple Magazine, Holiday 2006: “Flouncy edging lends dramatic flamenco flair. The ruffles are created unconventionally by picking up stitches at the stockinette borders, increasing with yarn overs, then knitting six rows of garter stitch.”

Knit Tip: “This style is so versatile, a solid-color version will look just as great.”
