While most of my socks are knit with semi-solid, wool yarn sometimes I get the urge for a nice summer cotton sock or for a self-striping design.

The 3212 Socks are ideal to knit in cotton since the rib pattern is quite elastic. The striped design of the rib pattern also compliments the stripes in self-striping yarns.

As an added bonus the dense fabric and cotton will cause these socks to last many years.
