Pattern description from Knit.1, Summer 2007: “Lacy cob shapes from a combo of seafoam and garter stitching butter up Jean Suzuki’s openwork tunic. Knit in ‘Cornucopia,’ a 100 percent corn fiber from Kollage Yarns, the pullover pulls together with a ribbed open-placket neck and fold-over collar.”

A combination of seafoam and garter stitch comprises this casual, Summer tunic. Not quite pullover, not quite tank, the Split Neck Tunic features a v-neck with fold over collar.
