Pattern description from Knit.1, Winter 2007/2008: “Cecily Glowik’s two-tone slippers in ‘Handspun Semi solids’ by Manos del Uruguay/Fairmount fibers are knit with a faux Mary Jane opening, then felted. Sew a button to the ‘strap’ after the fact.”
