Stay snug as a bug in a Dub by knitting up one of our Campervan or Bug Beanie Hats.

This pattern comes with charts for a Splitscreen, a Bay, a T25 or a Beetle/Bug and there is a different design for each of the four seasons, Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter.

There are 4 sizes to fit from a head size 16”/40cm to 24”/60cm.

The largest hat took approximately 50g/120 metres of Double Knitting yarn in a mix of colours depending on the design you’ve chosen.

The pattern is worked flat on 2 x 4mm needles but would be easy enough to follow if you want to work in the round.

It’s handy to work the Intarsia colour method for the vehicles but Fair Isle will work for the rest of the hat. There are plenty of YouTubers with videos to show both of these techniques if you’re unsure.
