I was inspired to make this shawl to represent the 12 months, 4 seasons of the year. I chose the sections that reminded me of something to do with the season. The first section reminds me of Spring because it looks like flowers starting to bud. The second section reminds me of Summer when flowers are in full bloom. The third section reminds me of Autumn when all the flowers and trees start wilting and leaves start to fall off trees. The final section reminds me of Winter when everything looks rather bleak and flat, even though I think the section knitted up still looks rather cool! O chose the colour bluebell as I thought that it was a great all year round colour. I do hope that you enjoy making this shawl and I’m sure that it will be used throughout the seasons and years!

Shawl measures approximately 19 inches wide and 60 inches length.
You will need 3 x 100 grams of Stylecraft Special DK in the shade Bluebell.
