Needles: 4-5 mm (US 6-8) and 5-6 mm (US 8-10) needles, and one 4-5 mm (US 6-8) circular needle 40-60 cm (16-24”) long
Gauge: on 5-6 mm needles 13-14 stitches and 24 rows reverse stockinette stitch to 10 cm (4”). Cable pattern over 40 stitches = 20 cm (8”) wide. 26 center stitches of sleeve pattern = about 10 cm (4”)
