This pattern provides instructions for Cardigan and hoodie knitted in King Cole big value chunky yarn.

Gauge:
16 stitches and 21 rows to 10cm (4“) over pattern using 6mm knitting needles or the size required to give the correct tension.

14 stitches and 20 rows to 10cm (4“) over stocking stitch using 6mm knitting needles or the size required to give the correct tension

Check your tension – if less stitches use thinner needles if more use thicker needles.

You will need 5 buttons for the cardigan then 6 buttons for the hoodie.
