This is a pattern for the 4122 ruffle skirt. It’s a great pattern for beginners.
Gauge is not important, and since the pattern calls for you to measure your waist (with the starting chain), you can adjust this pattern to fit anyone!

For myself, I used:
6 skeins (620 yards) of Filatura Lanarota Wool Sprinkles yarn (or any worsted weight yarn)
J/10 6mm hook
Yarn needle
Scissors
