Description:
This is a PDF knitting PATTERN for a sweet fluffy bonnet for use as a newborn photography prop. It is written in standard american (and english, UK) terms with some photos to help with sizing of the hat. This pattern would be perfect for a beginner knitter AND crocheter as it is very easy to make and quick! Knitted on STRAIGHT needles.

PLEASE NOTE: Some basic CROCHET skill is required to make the front edging of the bonnet. I am sorry I do not give refunds for someone buying this pattern in error and not reading that this requires both knit and crochet skills.

Sizing:
The pattern is for NEWBORN size only

Difficulty:
Beginner knitter and crocheter

Materials required:
Bulky 12 ply yarn which has mohair. In the pattern, I give you some yarn options, but these are only available in the US.
Worsted/aran (medium weight) yarn for edging
A pair of 8mm needles (US size 11)
Crochet hook number 7 (4.5mm)
