This is a very beautiful, very elegant, very warm piece. The ‘skirt’ and sleeves are all in a 1 x 1 rib, so this is the sweater you want if it’s actually quite nippy outside (and you still want to look thinner). Sleeves are extra-long, so they hang over your hands a little. We like this ‘boyfriend sweater’ effect without any accompanying ‘boyfriend sweater’ sloppiness or droop in the body. Set-in sleeve with high sleeve caps. The back is the same as the front, with the ribbed skirt and cabled upper back—excellent continuity. Note the unusual amount of recommended ease.
