Description:
This is a PDF knitting PATTERN for a beautiful short and bonnet set for use as a newborn photography prop. This pattern has written instructions on how to make the bonnet and matching shorts, with some photos to guide you along the way for making up the shorts.

It is written in standard american (and english, UK) Knitted on STRAIGHT needles and not on circular needles or double pointed needles.

PLEASE NOTE: This is really an advanced knitter pattern. The stitch requires quite a bit of concentration.

Sizing:
The pattern is for NEWBORN size only

Advanced

Materials required:
Worsted/Aran 10 ply yarn or other medium weight yarn
A pair of 6mm needles (US size 10)
A knitting safety pin
Optional: Lace ribbon for bonnet side ties and short waist ties
